Lusajo Mwaisaka is a dynamic and results-driven strategic management consultant with extensive experience improving organizational performance through program design, project development, and work function management. Lusajo is the director of Nyavu Group, a Tanzania-based company that deploys innovative commercial models and business consultancy strategies to businesses and social enterprises, streamlining their operations to make them financially viable in the absence of grants and other funding. Lusajo also volunteers as the national coordinator of Flaviana Matata Foundation, managing the foundation’s entrepreneurial activities. He is the director of inclusive development at Citizen, a non-governmental organization that gives voice, capabilities, and incentives to excluded individuals so that they can become active participants in development. Lusajo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a postgraduate diploma in Law, Mediation, and Arbitration from the Institute of Social Work. A 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow, he is committed to effecting positive change in Tanzania’s work environment.
